He's very shy, so it's hard to get a good picture of him. At first we though it was some kind of gold finch with a mutated gene that made his grayish feathers white. But then we saw TWO! Can they both be mutated?
He has a dusting of yellow on his head, black wing tips and then everything else is white. Snow white.
This is the best picture we got of him. My daughter got it through her bedroom window on the second floor. But it's not as clear as it could be because it's through the glass. Does anyone out there have any idea what this little guy is? Or, any idea where I can find out?
Blessings,
Patricia :o)

Dear Patricia,
Thank you so much for visiting me and for your sweet comment! I see we love the same things... birds, gardening and vintage linens! You have such a pretty blog! What sweet birds you have visiting your feeder. I hope you can find out what the white ones are. They do look so similar to Goldfinches. I love to watch the birds that come to our feeders and it is always so exciting to see a new visitor!
Blessings,
Paula
I just love birds. That little guy is just so pretty. What amazing pictures.

Oh, I cannot wait to see your garden pictures and recall my former hometown memories.
I love your bird pics...
So pretty! Don't know what he is, so many birds come and go this time of year. You're so luck you got to see him. Blessings,Kathleen
Wow! I've never seen one like that, Pamela... it sure looks like a goldfinch to me, even if it is white!
Thank you so much for your sweet visit. I appreciate that. Shelia is at http://notesongs.blogspot.com/

Hi Patricia and it's so nice to meet you! Oh, I'm thrilled you came over. Mona is truly a dear and I appreciated her so much letting me showcase her daughter's beautiful bathrooms!
Oh, I'm loving your blog. Do you do any of the embroidery or crochet yourself on the linens? I love to embroidery and I do crochet! I just love the old vintage designs.
Be a sweetie and come back for a visit.
Shelia ;)
I'm totally all over birdwatching ! What a precious birdie! ~CC Catherine
What darlings they are, aren't they? I just put up two birdfeeders on my patio! I love inviting my feathered "friends" over to eat their lunch, LOL!My "chandelier" hummingbird feeder just arrived and I can't wait to put it up! :)
